Type I or II Diabetes and COPD 

(CLOSED IN SPRING 2008)

You may be eligible to participate in a research study of an investigational drug if you:

      * Are at least 30 years old

      * Have COPD (emphysema, chronic bronchitis)

      * Are using daily insulin injections/ no pumps

      * Are not a current smoker

      * Are not using oxygen

Participants will receive study-related physician care, study medications, study-related pulmonary function tests. Compensation will be provided.
